Your Guide

Brooke Bains

A no-B.S. truth teller and space holder. I help you remember who you actually are, clarify what you want and why it matters, and build the structure that turns it into work you love and wealth that’s yours.

The track record

Twenty years inside
the machine.

From shaping go-to-market strategies for large corporations to nurturing high-growth startups, Brooke has lived across the full spectrum of profitable, unprofitable, and wealth-generating businesses.

  • Bootstrapped a multi-million dollar healthcare tech company
  • Owned and operated a functional medicine clinic
  • Experienced a FinTech IPO as an executive
  • Raised more than $75 million in venture capital with startups
  • Co-developed early AI technology acquired by the Fortune 100
  • Acquired companies and been acquired
  • Angel investor and Techstars mentor

The turning point

When momentum
hides misalignment.

Brooke was the one everyone leaned on. The strategist. The closer. The person who could walk into any room, read it in seconds, and move the business forward. She built her entire identity around that ability.

Then her nervous system gave her the truth. Years of self-override, urgency, and relentless performance caught up. She got sick. She got fired. She lost financial footing when business and marriage collided. From the outside: momentum. Inside: exhausted in a way ambition could not fix.

She stepped away from the image to rebuild the person. Not a sabbatical. Not a pivot. A complete disassembly.

“You don’t need to walk away. You need to turn it around. And turnaround is a skill.”

The rebuild

Seven years building
a better system.

Brooke spent seven years studying the intersection of business strategy, nervous system regulation, psychology, neuroscience, mind-body healing, meditation, neuro-linguistic programming, and spiritual alignment. She drew connections between seemingly unrelated disciplines and built an alignment system — one that works for building businesses and for unlocking a life that actually feels good.

Over those seven years, she has applied the system as an operator, consultant, and advisor — refining it inside her own ventures and teaching it to the leaders and founders she works with. She does not teach what she has not lived.

That system is what she teaches now. Because how you operate inside and how your business runs outside are mirrors — both must work together.

The three lessons that
changed everything.

01

Start with value

Wealth follows value. Not the reverse. Build what creates real value and the financial model reveals itself.

02

Know what is unique about you

Develop the right model and match it to your funding plan. Doing it in reverse is disastrous.

03

Define what you want and why it matters

Clarity is not a luxury. It is infrastructure. Without it, every decision is a guess.

How she works.

Brooke will not teach something unless she has lived it, tested it, and made it simple enough to practice in five minutes a day.

No jargon. No babble. No B.S.

Compassionately direct. She has explored the patterns and drawn seemingly unrelated connections to make sense of something confusing — so you don’t have to.

Systems, not advice.

New systems are what propel change. This is not accountability coaching. This is alignment coaching with execution structure.

Challenge, advocate, uplift — not a crutch.

The client does the work. Brooke provides the structure, the gut-check, and the guide.

Common questions

Questions people ask.

Who is Brooke Bains?

Brooke Bains is the founder of Bold Enterprise, a coaching practice for accomplished women building businesses. She has 20+ years of business-building experience, including bootstrapping a multi-million dollar healthcare tech company, navigating a FinTech IPO as an executive, helping startups raise $75M+ in venture capital, and co-developing AI technology acquired by a Fortune 100. She developed the Bold Enterprise alignment system over seven years following her own nervous system crash and identity collapse at 37, and is deepening her study of Eastern Medicine and Functional Nutrition toward board certification in nutrition end of 2026.

What is Bold Enterprise?

Bold Enterprise is Brooke's coaching practice. The flagship offering is a 90-day 1:1 engagement that integrates nervous system regulation, identity clarity, and practical business execution through three proprietary tracking tools: Living Integrity™, Energy Drift™, and Structured Momentum. It is application-only and results-driven.

Who is the 90-day engagement for?

Accomplished women — senior leaders, executives, and founders — who want to build their own businesses without replicating the systems that burned them out. Typical clients include women leaving corporate for their own business, founders hitting plateaus they cannot push through, and high-achievers who have done inner work but cannot translate awareness into action.

How is this different from other business coaching?

Most programs skip straight to strategy. Bold Enterprise treats the nervous system as infrastructure — stabilize the builder first, protect capacity second, then execute. Internal work and business work happen simultaneously, not sequentially. It is 1:1 coaching with Brooke, not a group program or course, and uses three proprietary daily tracking tools for behavior change — not just insight.

What does the 90-day engagement include?

Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions with Brooke, three proprietary daily tracking tools, and five to ten minutes of daily practice. The three phases are Internal Stabilization (days 1–30), Capacity Protection (days 25–55), and Business Execution (days 45–90). By day 90, clients have a regulated internal operating system, a clear seasonal target, a simple P&L, and evidence they can build without burning out.

How do I start working with Brooke?

Start by booking a Power Sesh — a paid 1:1 strategy conversation via Calendly. If the work is a fit, the fee is credited toward the 90-day engagement or any other service offering. The engagement itself is application-only; Brooke selects for fit and readiness.

Everything is
turn aroundable.

Survival is not a strategy. You already know that. The question is whether you are ready to build differently.
