This site is operated by Brooke Bains / Bold Enterprise. We respect your privacy and are transparent about what we collect and why.

2. What we collect

  • When you email us: your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
  • When you book a Power Sesh: Calendly collects your name, email, timezone, and scheduling details. We receive this from Calendly so we can meet you.
  • When you purchase a digital product: Stripe collects your payment information. We do not see or store your credit card data — only your name, email, and the fact that a purchase was made.
  • When you visit the site: Plausible Analytics counts page views and referrers so we can see how the site is used. Plausible does not use cookies, does not track you across sessions or sites, and does not collect any personal information.

3. How we use it

  • To respond to your messages and deliver services you request.
  • To confirm, schedule, and follow up on coaching sessions.
  • To process payments and deliver digital products.
  • To understand site performance and improve the content.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

4. Cookies and tracking

This site does not use tracking cookies. Our analytics provider (Plausible) is cookieless by design — no cross-site tracking, no personal identifiers, no advertising profiles. The only cookies that may appear come from third-party services you actively use on the site, such as Stripe at checkout or Calendly when you book a session.

We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purpose we collected it, or as required by law (for example, tax records for purchases). You can request deletion at any time.
