Digital products purchased through this site (including The Power Code) are delivered electronically. By completing a purchase, you gain access to the digital content described on the product page at the time of purchase.
3. Refund Policy
All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access upon purchase, refunds are not available. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us at connect@brookebains.com and we will resolve it promptly.
4. Coaching Services
The 90-day engagement and any coaching services are by application only. Coaching sessions are not refundable. Rescheduling is permitted up to 3 times. If a 4th reschedule is needed, the engagement may be concluded at the discretion of either party.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, frameworks, graphics, logos, and digital products — is the intellectual property of Brooke Bains / Bold Enterprise. Living Integrity™ and Energy Drift™ are proprietary frameworks. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.
