Bold Enterprise — The 90-Day Sprint
Three phases. One system.
Ninety days of structured momentum.
This is not a course or a template. It is a high-touch practice — 1:1 coaching with Brooke, weekly sessions, and three proprietary tracking tools. Internal work and business work happen simultaneously, because they are not separate problems.

Bold Enterprise is Brooke Bains’ coaching methodology for building businesses from alignment.
bold: to undertake courageously
enterprise: a bold undertaking
You cannot build a sustainable
business from a body still in
survival mode.
Most programs skip straight to strategy. Bold Enterprise doesn’t. The same survival patterns that helped you succeed inside someone else’s system are now undermining everything you try to build on your own.
The 90-day sprint runs in three sequential phases, each with its own tool, focus, and outcome. The phases build on each other deliberately. You stabilize the builder first. Then you protect capacity. Then you build the business.
Inner and outer work are deliberately balanced: internal stabilization creates the container; business execution creates the results. One without the other does not hold.
Living Integrity™
Internal stabilization. You learn to track the alignment between your thoughts, emotions, words, and actions using the TEWB framework. The goal is not perfection — it is faster correction.
Five to seven minutes a day. By day 25, the system begins to settle.
What you track
What to expect emotionally
Days 1–14: More awareness of negative self-talk, recognition of fear, discomfort with correction
Days 15–20: More steadiness, fewer internal arguments, cleaner decisions
Day 25: System begins to stabilize — Energy Drift is introduced
What we may build together
Business work in Phase 1 is paced to the client. Depending on where you are, we may start on:
Energy Drift™
Capacity protection. You identify and interrupt the specific patterns that leak energy without producing results. Drift is not laziness. It is misdirected effort.
Five minutes a day. Patterns matter more than individual events.
Examples of drift
What you track
What we may build together
As drift resolves, capacity returns. Depending on where you are, we may work on:
Structured Momentum
Business execution — built on the stable foundation you have created. Deliberate action you can actually sustain — predictable results, without the pressure-cooker.
The organizing principle: The FOCUS — one seasonal target that every daily and weekly action links back to. Paired with a weekly review rhythm that turns strategy into momentum.
Start with value. Wealth follows. Metrics that matter replace vanity dashboards so you see direction and course-correct before a quarter gets away from you.
What gets built
Living Integrity™ + Energy Drift™ = Structured Momentum
Steady inside, capacity protected, sustainable execution. Five to ten minutes of daily practice. Real tracking. Real correction. Real momentum.
By day 90.
You are not a finished business. You are a steady, grounded business owner with a working system and real momentum. Decisions made from alignment, not fear.

This may be you.
I should be grateful for my job, but I'm bored out of my mind and I want to build something I love.
I've done so much inner work. I understand my patterns, but I keep revisiting the same challenges in my own company.
I don't need more information. I need traction.
I'm always on. Everything feels urgent.
I'm successful, but my nervous system doesn't know it.
I didn't leave corporate to build another cage.

Common questions
Questions founders ask.
Who is the 90-day sprint for?
The 90-day sprint is for accomplished women — senior leaders, executives, and founders — who have built something impressive and now want to build something of their own without repeating the system that burned them out. Typical clients include women leaving corporate for their own business, founders hitting a plateau they can't push through, and high-performers who have done inner work but can't yet translate awareness into action.
What does the 90-day sprint include?
Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions with Brooke, three proprietary daily tracking tools (Living Integrity, Energy Drift, Structured Momentum), and 5–10 minutes of daily practice. The program moves through three overlapping phases: Internal Stabilization (days 1–30), Capacity Protection (days 25–55), and Business Execution (days 45–90). By day 90, clients have a regulated internal operating system, a clear seasonal target, a simple P&L, and evidence they can build without burning out.
How is this different from therapy or traditional business coaching?
Most business coaching jumps straight to strategy. Most therapy keeps internal work separate from business outcomes. The 90-day sprint integrates both. Nervous system regulation is treated as business infrastructure — stabilize the builder first, protect capacity second, execute third. Internal work and business work happen simultaneously, not sequentially. Unlike group programs or courses, the sprint is purely 1:1 with Brooke.
How much does the 90-day sprint cost?
Pricing is shared on the initial Power Sesh — a paid 1:1 strategy call. The sprint is a premium engagement where fit matters more than volume, so pricing is scoped after confirming the work is right for where you are. The Power Sesh fee is credited toward the sprint if you continue.
How do I know if I'm a good fit?
Book a Power Sesh. It’s a paid 1:1 strategy conversation where we explore where you are, what you’re building, and whether this approach fits. If the work is right, the Power Sesh fee is credited toward the sprint. The 90-day sprint is application-only and selective — Brooke prioritizes fit and readiness over volume.
What's the time commitment?
Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions (typically 45–60 minutes) plus 5–10 minutes of daily practice using the three tracking tools. That's the floor. Clients who lean in get more value, but the tools are designed to be light-touch so you can maintain the practice on the busiest days.
Everything is
turn aroundable.
Survival is not a strategy. You already know that. The question is whether you are ready to build differently.
